I acknowledge that foster dogs may have unknown medical or behavioural issues, and I agree to provide safe, responsible care in accordance with the Rescue’s policies.

I agree to notify the Rescue immediately of any medical or behavioural concerns, emergencies, incidents or bites.

I understand that I may not transfer, adopt out, give away, sell or otherwise relocate any foster animal without the Rescue’s explicit written approval.

I agree to release and hold harmless the Rescue, its officers, volunteers, partners, veterinarians and affiliates from any liability, damages, injuries or expenses that may arise from fostering, including damage to personal property, illness or injury to resident pets, or personal injury to household members or visitors.
